I'm really enjoying the plan. I feel like my diet is finally on track for the first time in a while. Thank you so much! I think my favorites so far are anything with salmon or mahi mahi, the eggplant lasagna, the vegetable linguini....and for breakfast the southwest eggs and the cinnamon omelette...and I love lentils and quinoa, and the sweet potato slices are a great little treat sometimes. Overall, I think everything has been very enjoyable and I'm so happy I'm doing this! You are the best!
