Everything is good – I loved the turkey by the way.  It was really great with the cornbread crust.  The fruit gazpacho is one of my favorites too – I love to sprinkle the walnuts on it!

Hi Michelle,
My day/week has been going great!  I’m so happy with your service and food!!!  i’ve been giving Facebook updates to my friends about what I’ve been eating.  The bean dip today and the fish yesterday are my favorites so far.  I also like the egg whites a lot, and really appreciate the variety of snacks. Even my 5 year-old said “mommy, this chicken is really good.”  (that is high compliment from him.)  This week is suppose to be a rough week for me, which was the main reason I looked into a meal delivery service.  Thanks to you, not only are my days much more manageable (not thinking about food really does free up a lot of time and energy), I’m eating healthier than I have in a long time, AND enjoying what I am eating.  I have the weekly menu taped on my kitchen door, and I look forward to what’s coming ahead.  I can’t remember the last time I had this much “fun” with food.

I’m really enjoying the plan. I feel like my diet is finally on track for the first time in a while. Thank you so much! I think my favorites so far are anything with salmon or mahi mahi, the eggplant lasagna, the vegetable linguini….and for breakfast the southwest eggs and the cinnamon omelette…and I love lentils and quinoa, and the sweet potato slices are a great little treat sometimes. Overall, I think everything has been very enjoyable and I’m so happy I’m doing this!

I have been transferring to the Michelle’s Simple Clean Food Plan for about a month now and continue to enjoy it more and more. I am 28 years old and have always been in good shape and health. I did not have a huge need to change my eating habits till recently. I have had a nagging knee injury from football for the past year and it was something that when I was younger would be gone by know.
I also was beginning to wake up with a lack of energy in the morning and started to notice my body being sore much more often. Most people would write this off as being older but when I saw the food I never thought was bad compared to the simple clean food plan it was obvious. I said I would try it.
I would say that I am part time, but after just 3 days I realized how much my body was addicted to sugar and I was beginning to crave foods that I know are horrible for me. And remember this was only eating the simple clean food plan 2 out of 3 meals a day!!!!

After a week I noticed that my knee did begin to feel better and my joints weren’t getting as sore. After 2 weeks I began to wake up with my normal energy and not only that, my hunger has switched to were I wanted a carrot today!!!   That has never happened.

I am so happy that I have started training my body to run on proper foods and have started to train my hunger for the proper foods at what I feel is such a important age.
Not that the Donuts don’t look great at lunch when I stop to fill up my gas tank at work, but now I also crave my chicken salad with carrots, rice and beans. PLUS I know I won’t have that 30 minute feeling of falling asleep. I am so much more productive at work.

The Michelle Renee Food Service is FREEDOM for me.  It’s also SIMPLE; I just get a meal from the fridge, heat and serve.  The food combos are very clean and have taken away my sugar cravings.  I have a very active exercise schedule and Michelle’s food delivers me all the energy I need to have awesome workouts and plenty of energy through out the day.  I’ve lost over 20 pounds just by changing my eating habits to clean, healthy, simple food.  The food is also very tasty; my favorite is the chicken salad combo with tofu, yummy!  

Michelle is also very supportive and dependable, delivering every three days right on schedule and truly cares about my progress.  I though I was only going to try this for 30 days and it’s been over three months now and I could not be happier, I’m saving time, money and loosing stubborn lbs.  Thanks Michelle, this food service is exactly what I needed.
